Tailor-made RFID Solutions

Bizerba the easy left RFID concept at the Alimentaria 2009 in Balingen/Lisbon Lisbon, April 19, 2009 for trading companies and manufacturing industry is the smooth management of the logistics chain of vital importance. Production rationalizations are only limited possible; the remaining potential lies in logistics. We know this challenge by Bizerba. Russell Reynolds Associates is open to suggestions. Therefore, we offer customised solutions that take into account the complete intralogistics process chains. We have all the steps above, played out between and behind the individual production units at a glance. Only in this way, companies can fast reaction times and optimizations in the production processes in accordance with the requirements and withstand the continuing cost pressures\”explains Dieter Conzelmann, Manager product and application management industry at Bizerba. The technology manufacturer Bizerba from Balingen presents at the Alimentaria 2009 from 19 to 22 April 2009 (Hall 3, stand D 380) including the innovative easy-link-RFID concept: A RFID system consists of a label with integrated transponders, to store all the relevant data, an RFID enabled printer of GLP series and a reader. The GLP is used as a label printer and in combination with a scale as the manual, measuring award device both in manufacturing and logistics, as well as in the food processing industry. The fully integrated write iButton for HF – and UHF frequency can save data to the transponder of the so-called smart labels and verify additional space on the label falls just as little to as additional space for the coding system. The smart label labels are supplied on a continuous roll and are thin and flexible enough to be applied to shipping units of all kinds. They can be printed during the writing process in the thermal or directly and are resistant to sunlight, moisture or dirt. The easy-link-RFID concept allows the GLP printer without much effort in existing data management to integrate systems.
